结核病患者抗自由基氧化物质测定

The determination on the substance of anti-free radical oxidation in patients with TB

目的；寻找活动性结核病的治疗方法和药物疗效监测新指标。方法；用对比分析方法比较结核病患者及健康对照者机体抗在氧化能力的改变。结果：活动性结核病患者血清ＳＯＤ含量明显高于健康对照组，Ｃａｔ略高于健康对照组，ＶｉｔＣ含量明显低于健康对照组。结论：活动性结核病患者存在较强烈自由基损伤活动。

Objective:To search for a therapeutic method on active tuberculosis and a new index to monitor the therapeutic effect of medication.Methods:Comparing the changes in the capacity of anti-free radical in tuberculosis patients and healthy individuals.Result:The content of serum SOD in tuberculosis patients was significantly higher than that in healthy patients (P<001);Cat in tuberculosis patients was slightly higher than that in healthy patients (P>0.05);and Vit C was lower in tuberculosis patients than in healthy patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a strong injury activities in the tuberculosis patients.SOD,Vit C plays an important role in monitoring state of tuberculosis and the therapeutic effect of antituberculosis drugs.
