大孔吸附树脂对芽孢杆菌胞外多糖静态吸附性能的研究

摘要 通过2轮静态吸附实验选择树脂,比较了10种不同树脂对芽孢杆菌胞外多糖(EPS)的吸附情况,结果发现,DA201C型大孔吸附树脂效果最好。并通过条件优化,得到DA201C型大孔吸附树脂静态吸附芽孢杆菌胞外多糖的最佳条件:吸附时间为30min,最适温度30℃、最佳pH值为7.8,上样液浓度14g/L,在此条件下,DA201C型大孔吸附量达到103.2mg/mL湿树脂,吸附率74.9%,解吸率89.1%,为进一步的动态吸附提供了依据。 By twice static absorption experiments, 10 kinds of different resins adsorption of the exopolysaccharide (EPS) were compared in this paper. The results indicated that the DA201C resin was suitable for the separation and purification of EPS, and the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: absorption time 30min, temperature 30℃, pH value 7.8 and the injecting solution concentration 14g/L. Under these conditions, the ab- sorbance of EPS reached 103.2mg/ml wet resin, and the absorption rate and desorption rate were 74.9% and 89.1%, respectively, which provided a reference for the further dynamic adsorption.
