The study on the effects of phthalic anhydride on the health of workers

目的：探讨邻苯二甲酸酐对工人健康的影响。方法：对观察组１０５人和对照组５４人进行临床体检，实验室检查和肺功能测定。结果：测定浓度为０．１１－０．７６ｍｇ／ｍ＾３，临床出现刺激性症状及相关体征，ＩｇＧ水平及用力肺活量与对照组比较有显著差异。结论：ＰＡ对皮肤，粘膜有刺激作用，对呼吸功能和免疫系统有影响。

Objective:To study the effects of phthalic anhydride (PA) on health of workers.Methods:Clinical physical examination,laboratory tests and respiratory function determination.were performed in exposed group and control group.Result:Irritating symptom and relative symptom appeared when the The lever Concentration of PA was 0.11-0.76mg/m^3 of IgG and FVC between controll group and exposed group were significant (P<0.05).Coodusion:It suggestes that PA exposure may irritate skin and mucusa and affect respiratory function and immune system.
