摘要
目的；采用新方法对死因进行分析以便能准确地指明重点防治对象，为制定防治策略及预防措施提供依据。方法：应用潜在寿命损失年数和标化潜在寿命损失年数。结果：按ＳＰＹＬＬ排列前三位的主要死因依次是恶性肿瘤，循环系统疾病，损伤与中毒。其中恶性肿瘤占总死因ＳＰＹＬＬ的３０．６４％，循环系统疾病占总死因ＳＰＹＬＬ的２１．２８％，损伤与中毒占总死因ＳＰＹＬＬ的１４．７％。
Objective:To analyses the death reason in order to accurately point out the object of prevention and provide basis for laying down the tactics of prevention. Methods:PYLL (Potential Years of Life Lost).SPYLL (standardized potential years of life lost).Result:According to SPYLL,malignant tumor cardiovascular diseases, injury and poisoning were the three primary death reasons sucoessivelyi in which malignant tumor accounted for 30.64% of total death reasons SPYLL,the disease of cardiovascular diseases 21.28% injury and poisoning 14.71%.
