摘要
通过分析电子束焊接易产生的缺陷和超声波端面回波反射法检测的利弊,制定超声波检测的各项工艺参数;在批量焊接中选出20组具有代表性的检测结果,对缺陷大小和焊缝抗拉强度进行线性回归。在此基础上,优化总结出增压器涡轮转轴电子束焊接接头的超声波检测验收标准,并应用于生产实际。
Established manifold processing parameters by analyzing lacuna of EBW and advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic scan inspection.Twenty representational data that were scanned from much welding result were selected and linearity relationships between lacuna magnitude and mechanical were property found.Ultimately,concluded ultrasonic inspection criterion and be used it in the manufacture.
