The paper introduced a processing fixture system of spiral bevel gears.This system is installed to design and modify on the bases of the workbench of processing centre and universal dividing head of an ordinary vertical milling machine,and various parameters of the tooling system were determined and checked,which provide theoretical basis of the equipment reformation for small and medium enterprises.Through the reformation of the existing equipment,it is achieved that a kind of economic and practical spiral bevel gears processing method.
