摘要
靠模轮廓曲线设计是靠模装置设计的主要内容。设计靠模轮廓曲线通常用作图法(即反转法)和解析法。本文以实际中的某一零件结构为例,利用解析法推导出靠模理论轮廓曲线方程式,根据靠模理论轮廓曲线方程,在Excel中计算出理论轮廓曲线上点的坐标,利用坐标值在AutoCAD中绘制出精度较高的轮廓曲线,同时提出了创建靠模实际轮廓曲线时应注意的问题。这一研究为在AutoCAD中复杂平面曲线的设计提供了新的方法。
Main contents of profiling mold devices designing are the design of profiling mold's contour,we always design the contour curve of profiling mold by mapping method(reversal method) and analytical method.In this paper,we used a part as object of research to deduce the equation of profiling mold's theoretical contour curve.According to the equation of profiling mold's contour curve,we calculated the coordinate values of the points on the profiling mold's contour curve by excel,then,by using the coordinate values,we drew the more precious profiling mold's contour curve by AutoCAD.Moreover,we put forward the issues in establishing the fact contour curve of profiling mold.This study provides a new method for designing complex curve in AutoCAD.
