硬质合金铣刀切削PCB板的性能研究

摘要 随着现代电子产品的高速发展,对于PCB板的铣削加工的需求量也越来越大。本文从加工质量、刀具寿命以及刀具磨损形式3个方面,对比了2个公司生产的同类型的硬质合金铣刀加工PCB板。结果表明,2个公司铣刀所加工的板边粗糙度,刀具寿命均有较明显的差距。刀具磨损的主要形式是磨粒磨损及表面氧化磨损。 With the rapid development of modern electronics products,the demand of milling PCB board is also growing.In this paper,the performances of carbide cutters with the same type from two different companies were compared from the points of workpiece quality,tool life and tool wearing.The results showed that workpiece roughness and tool life were obviously different for milling cutters from different companies.The main method of tool wears is the abrasive wear and oxidation wear.
