摘要
采用湿法拉膜成型工艺和二次烧成法在900℃制备出ZnTiO3(ZT)介电陶瓷/(Ni0.8Zn0.12Cu0.12)?Fe1.96O4(NZC)铁氧体叠层共烧体。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析样品的相结构和微观形貌。结果表明:制备的ZT/NZC叠层共烧体样品为尖晶石相结构,无分层、翘曲和开裂等缺陷;ZT/NZC共烧体界面处发生了反应和扩散,形成了厚度约为30~50μm的扩散层,在扩散层中产生了新金红石相(TiO2)及NZC与Zn2TiO4的固溶体(NZC)x(Zn2TiO4)1–x(0≤x≤1);900℃烧结样品的相对介电常数为εr=15.1,介电损耗tanδ=2.91×10–3;100 MHz下叠层样品的起始磁导率为9.9,样品截止频率在100 MHz左右。
The ZnTiO3(ZT) dielectric ceramic/(Ni0.8Zn0.12Cu0.12)Fe1.96O4(NZC) ferrite multilayer composite was prepared by a tape-cast technique and a two-step-sintering technique at a sintering temperature of 900 ℃.The phase structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results show that the ZT/NZC co-firing multilayer composite sample is a spinel type structure without layer,camber and cracks.The interfacial diffusion and reactions occurred on the interface between ZT and NZC in the ZT/NZC composite,and the layer thickness of interfa-cial diffusion was 30–50 μm.The layer of interfacial diffusion and interfacial reaction were constructed by ZnTiO3,NZC,and two interfacial reaction products,namely,spinel-type solid solution(NZC)x(Zn2TiO4)1–x(0≤x≤1) and rutile.The dielectric properties of the NZC/ZT composite sintered at 900 ℃ were relative permittivity εr of 15.1 and dielectric loss tan δ of 2.91 × 10^–3.The initial per-meability of the sample was 9.9 at 100 MHz,and the cut-off frequency was approximately 100 MHz.
