非晶态催化剂Cu-ZnO-Al_2O_3-MnO_2/HZSM-5二氧化碳加氢制备二甲醚的研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察了MnO2对CO2加氢直接合成二甲醚催化剂Cu-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5的影响。采用固定床反应装置对CO2加氢直接合成二甲醚的活性进行考察,并运用XRD、H2-TPR技术对催化剂结构及表面性质进行研究。实验结果表明,催化剂中加入MnO2能显著提高Cu-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5催化剂的稳定性,促进催化剂表面Cu的分散,并抑制催化剂在使用过程中Cu的聚集。 The Cu-ZnO-Al2O3-MnO2 catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and temperature-programmed reduction of hydrogen(H2-TPR).The activities of carbon dioxide hydrogenation was carried out at fixed bed reactor with 3.0 MPa at 240℃.The results indicated that the stability of carbon dioxide hydrogenation on Cu-ZnO-Al2O3-MnO2/HZSM-5 catalyst can be enhanced.The Cu accumulation was restrained during the use process of catalyst.
