摘要 纳米科技在全球迅速发展,纳米材料的生产与应用对传统行业产生了巨大的影响,纳米材料的环境安全性问题已经引起了各界的注意。纳米材料具有独特物理与化学性质,他们与相同成分的体材料性质存在很大差异。近年来国内外在纳米材料的生物安全性研究方面的工作已经证实,直接或间接接触纳米材料将对生物体有负面影响。纳米粒子可以进入细胞内部,甚至可以透过血脑屏障,从而危及生物的健康和生态环境。 The rapid development of nanotechnology worldwide has already made the nanomaterials to the applications in industrialization stage progressively.However,the impacts of nano-materials on the environment have not been paid much attention.Because of the unique physical and chemical characteristics,nanosized materials are changing many basic scientific concepts,their properties differ substantially from those bulk materials of the same composition.Recent research on the biological safety of nanomaterials is summarized.It has been demonstrated that nanoparticles had more adverse effects of direct and indirect exposure to nano-materials,related reports have shown that nanoparticles can enter cells and cross the blood-brain barrier which may increase the risk of human and environment.
