摘要
采用自主研发的真空裂解装置对秸秆进行真空裂解,获得气固液三相有价值的裂解产品,并着重对秸秆的最佳裂解温度和液相产品进行分析.结果表明:当温度从400~550℃,生物油的产率从开始的24.9%,到500℃左右,油相达到最大收率约35%.压力主要影响裂解气的停留时间,过低的压力导致停留时间短,裂解气冷凝不彻底,压力过大,裂解气深度裂解导致油相收率降低.环己烷作为带水剂降低了减压蒸馏的温度,可以将温度控制在80℃以下,避免了生物油的高温聚合,除水率达28.7%,同时增加了热解油的热值.红外和GC-MS分析显示,秸秆裂解油中低碳分子的有机组分较多,主要有甲醇、乙醇、有机酸和烷烃等物质.
Straws were pyrolyzed into three valuable pyrolytic products of gas,solid and liquid state under vacuum conditions using the independently developed reactor.The proper pyrolytic temperature and liquid product of straw are analyzed in particular.The results show that the yield of bio-oil increases from 24.9% to a maximum value of about 35% at 500℃ as the pyrolysis temperature raises from 400 to 550℃.The pressure mainly influences the residence time of the volatile.When pressure is too low,volatile cannot condense completely;when it is too high,deep pyrolysis will reduce the yield of bio-oil.Cyclohexane,which is used as the carrying-water agent,can decrease the temperature of distillation to less than 80℃,so the polymerization of bio-oil can be prevented.The rate of water removal reaches 28.7% and the heating value of bio-oil is improved.FT-IR and GC-MS analysis reveal that the bio-oil pyrolyzed from wheat straw contains a large amount of organic components of methanol,ethanol,organic acid and alkane.
