针刺配合经皮穴位电刺激治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

Study on Acupuncture Combined with Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation in Treating Facial Paralysis

目的观察针刺结合经皮穴位电刺激治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效,探索治疗周围性面瘫的新方法。方法将40例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用电针配合经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。两组分别在治疗前、治疗30 d后、治疗3个月后HBN进行评分并比较。结果两组患者治疗30 d后和治疗3个月后HBN评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗30 d后和治疗3个月后总有效率分别为85.0%和95.0%,对照组分别为60.0%和80.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合经皮穴位电刺激是治疗周围性面瘫的一种有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in treating facial paralysis,for exploring new management in treating facial paralysis.Methods Forty patients with facial paralysis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,20 in each.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation,and the control was treated by electroacupuncture only.House Brackmann（HBN） score was adopted in evaluation before treatment,after 30 d treatment and 3-month treatment.Results Significant improvements of HBN score were found after 30 d and 3-month treatment in both groups（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 85.0% and 95.0% respectively after 30 d and 3-month treatment in the treatment group,versus 60.0% and 80.0% in the control,and the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined electroacupuncture and transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation is effective in treating facial paralysis.
