汽车安全气囊致眼外伤临床分析

Clinical analysis of ocular injuries related to automotive airbags.

目的探讨汽车安全气囊展开致眼外伤的类型及损伤机制。方法我院眼科所收治的35例（60眼）汽车安全气囊致眼外伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果在35例（60眼）中所有病例均存在角结膜擦伤，46眼（76．67％）合并碱烧伤，22眼（36．67％）合并角膜基质层挫伤，2眼合并外伤性前房积血，4例佩戴框架眼镜者，3例眼睑裂伤，1例（1眼）角膜裂伤。结论汽车安全气囊可致多种类型的眼损伤，加强对这一新型眼外伤的认识，及早诊治有利于视力恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical types of the ocular injuries and damage mechanism caused by automotive air-bags. Methods Retrospective analysis of 35 cases （60 eyes） with ocular injuries due to automotive air-bags who were treated in author＇ s hospital during 2002 to 2009. Results All of 35 cases（60 eyes） had eonjunctival and corneal abrasions. There were 46-eyes（76.67% ） complicated with corneal alkali burn,22 eyes（36.67% ） complicated with the contusion of cornea stroma,2 eyes complicated with traumatic hyphema. There were 4 patients wearing glasses,three of them had blepharal lacerations and one of them had corneal laceration. Conclusion Automotive air-bags can cause a variety types of ocular injuries, hnproving the recognition of the present ocular injureies,making an earlier diagnosis and proper treamtnet may benefit to restore the sight.
