新疆乌苏残联复明手术中青光眼手术后的白内障小切口摘出术17例

Clinical observation of small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction after glaucoma surgery in 17 cases of sight rehabilitating project of Disabled Persons＇ Federation in Wusu, Xinjang.

目的探讨残联免费白内障复明手术筛查中青光眼术后白内障被列入手术对像的可行性。方法对17例（17眼）青光眼术后白内障施行侧方（鼻侧或颞侧）隧道小切口摘出并植入人工晶状体，后缝合结膜覆盖切口。结果1例在完成隧道进入前房后晶状体即自动脱位，改为囊内摘出并做人工晶状体后固定手术，其余16例皆顺利完成手术，手术后无并发症。视力恢复达到脱残以上。结论采用侧方隧道切口摘除青光眼手术后白内障手术操作相对简便，手术中注意保护好青光眼滤过泡、排核和注吸过程中保证后囊完整是手术成功关键。青光眼术后并发白内障可纳入残联白内障复明手术范围内。

Objective To observe the possibility of cataract extraction after glaucoma surgery of sight rehabilitating project. Methods 17 cases after glaucoma surgery were completed small-incision cata- ract extraetion（SICE） with intraocular lens implantation surgeries on temperal or nasal limhus and sutured conjunctive incision. Results 16 cases were completed small-incision cataract extraction （SICE） with in- traocular lens implantation successfully. 1 case had lens dislocation and was treated by intracapsular cataract extraction. The sights of all cases were improved. Conclusion The SICE is easy to operate. It is a safe and effective method for treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery.
