前列地尔对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察前列地尔对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽的影响。方法将慢性心力衰竭患者68例随机分成两组,对照组(34例)给予利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、地高辛等常规治疗;治疗组(34例)在上述治疗的基础上加用前列地尔10μg静脉滴注,1次/d,连续用药14d,观察两组治疗前,治疗后1周、2周脑钠肽的变化。结果治疗组治疗后1周,脑钠肽有所改善(P<0.05),2周后明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组同期相比均有差异(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔可以作为慢性心力衰竭的辅助治疗。
