microRNA在肿瘤诊治中的进展 被引量:3

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类长度约 18-26nt的非编码单链小分子 RNAs,是由具有发夹结构的约70-90个碱基大小的单链RNA前体经过Dicer酶加工后形成,通过与靶基因的3'-UTR的配对,促进mRNA的降解或抑制mRNA的翻译从而抑制其靶基因的表达.虽然miRNA最初在线虫研究中被发现[1],但在随后的研究中证实miRNA几乎存在于所有的真核动物中,miRNA广泛参与了生物体多种生理过程,如个体发育,细胞增殖、凋亡和分化,代谢与应激反应的调节,肿瘤的形成等[2].
