混凝土修补用环氧树脂的抗冻融性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 以环氧树脂为主剂、以改性脂肪胺为固化剂,通过丁腈橡胶增韧和硅灰石增强改性,制备得到一种高性能混凝土修补材料,并对其抗冻融性能进行了深入研究。结果表明,当增韧剂和填料添加量保持不变时,随着冻融循环次数的增加,修补材料的抗压强度显著增大。当增韧剂和填料用量分别低于20 phr和100 phr时,修补材料的抗压强度随着增韧剂用量的增加而减少,随着填料用量的增加而增大,但修补材料的质量基本保持恒定。同时,修补材料的拉伸剪切强度随着增韧剂和填料用量的增加而增大。由此说明该修补材料在增韧剂和填料用量分别低于20 phr和100 phr时具有良好的抗冻融性能。 A high performance repair materials for concrete was prepared using epoxy resin as a base resin,modified fatty amine as a curing agent,and toughened and reinforced with nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) and wollastonite,respectively.And then the freeze-thaw resistance of the repair materials was investigated.Results showed that the compressive strength of the repair materials increased markedly with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles when contents of the toughening agent and filler remain constant.The compressive strength decreased and increased,with the increase of contents of the toughening agent and filler respectively,The weight of the repair materials keeps constant when contents of the toughening agent and filler were below 20 phr and 100 phr,respectively.Meanwhile,the tensile shear strength of the repair materials increased with the increase of contents of the toughening agent and filler.All these results indicated that the repair materials had outstanding freeze-thaw resistance when contents of the toughening agent and filler were below 20 phr and 100 phr,respectively.
