摘要 采用MMU-10G型摩擦磨损试验机,借助摩擦试件的摩擦系数、失重量、SEM和EDAX分析,研究了坡缕石载银纳米润滑剂在170N、200N、230N载荷下对45#钢/灰铸铁摩擦副自修复性能的影响,结果显示在230N时,45钢/灰铸铁摩擦副表面能更好地生成一层微孔状态的自修复膜,表明坡缕石载银复合纳米润滑剂在高载荷下自修复性能较好。 When the load was 170N,200N and 230N,An MMU-10G friction and wear tester was performed to research the influence of the self-repair coating on the worn surfaces of 45 steel/gray cast-iron with Nano-palygorskite carrying Ag composite lubricant additive by using the analysis of friction coefficient,wear mass losses,SEM and EDAX on the worn surfaces.The experimental results showed that when the load was 230N,the better self-repair coatings with some micro holes were formed on the worn surfaces of 45 steel/gray cast-iron,It indicated that the self-repairing performance of lubricant additive Nano-palygorskite carrying Ag was better in high load.
