摘要
HXD1B电力机车用300 kVA辅助变压器是磁集成技术在变压器研制中的具体应用实例。主要介绍了此辅助变压器的主要技术参数、技术特点和结构特点;说明了辅助变压器高阻抗电压、高空载电流特性的结构设计方法;重点介绍了实现干式变压器防水性能的结构设计方法和工艺制造措施,分析了变压器局部放电的产生机理及降低局部放电量工艺措施。通过试验验证了该辅助变压器防水性能和局部放电特性,表明该辅助变压器的设计和制造是成功的。
300 kVA auxiliary transformer used in the HXD 1B electric locomotive was specific application examples of magnetic integra- tion technology developed in the transformer. This paper mainly introduced the main technical parameters, technical characteristics and structural features of the auxiliary transformer. High impedance voltage and high no-load current characteristics of auxiliary transformer's structure was pointed out. Structure design method and manufacture process measures of dry-type transformer waterproof properties were emphatically introduced, and the generating mechanism of transformer partial discharge and reducing process measures were analyzed. The auxiliary transformer waterproof performance and partial discharge properties were validated through experiment, which shows that the design and manufacturing of the auxiliary transformer is very successful.
