基于设施选址理论的小城镇应急医疗服务中心功能优化——以山东省滕州市为例 被引量:21

摘要 加强小城镇突发公共事件的应急管理,建立符合我国国情,尤其是农村农情的应急管理模式,成为一项重大的挑战性的研究课题。对考虑覆盖半径内需求满意差异的设施选址模型进行改进,建立了设施点功能优化模型,给出一种启发式算法。把所建模型应用于山东省滕州市现有7个小城镇应急医疗服务中心的功能优化,得出其最优服务镇与服务半径,画出服务布局图,并提出相关建议。最后,提出进一步拓展研究的方向。 The traditional facility location problems seldom think of the satisfaction difference between demand sites within the covering radius of facility.Also,there are few documents analyzing the allocation of emergency medical service centre of small town with quantitative methods.In this paper,we present a improved maximal covering location problem considering the demand satisfaction difference between demand sites within covering radius of facility and formulate a maximal covering model as an integer programming under the goal of maximizing the total satisfaction of demand sites.A heuristics is introduced to solve the considered problems.Then,we get the allocation result of existing emergency medical service centre of Tengzhou city in Shandong province.Finally,we also propose extensions to our research.
