摘要 首先讨论海洋平台结构缺陷和损伤的特点及在平台结构极限承载力分析中的考虑方法;其次根据平台结构完好和有损状态的极限承载力,定义了平台结构的储备强度和剩余强度;最后,采用导管架式海洋平台结构极限承载力近似分析程序UAP,分析了裂纹类缺陷、凹痕类缺陷、腐蚀、海生物附着、地基土冲刷等对导管架式海洋平台结构极限承载力和安全性的影响,从而为海洋平台结构的维修决策提供了依据。 In this paper, firstly, the characteristic of flaw and damage of steel jacket type offshore platform structures and considerations of flaw and damage in the analysis of the ultimate strength for these structures are discussed- Then the reserve strength and residual strength of platform structures are defined according to the ultimate strength of platform structures in the original and damaged status. Finally, by adopting UAP - an ultimate strength analysis computer program of fixed steel jacket offshore platform structures, the influence of damages such as crack, dent, corrosion, on the ultimate strength and safety of fixed steel jacket offshore platform structures is analyzed. This paper provides a basis for the maintenance decision - making of offshore platform structures.
