摘要 简要介绍降低燃煤锅炉烟气热量损失的主要技术种类及其特点,并在此基础上重点探讨其与锅炉运行状况的匹配性以及技术种类选择的基本原则。主要结论:(1)空气预热器(空预器)入口烟气流量非平衡控制技术以及空预器转子反转措施应作为常规技术在大容量锅炉中予以推广;(2)增加空预器面积应作为降低锅炉排烟热损失的首选技术,其次为增加省煤器面积;(3)低压省煤器技术在特定的条件下能够起到节能作用,且应在增加省煤器面积措施可行时与其进行技术经济性比较;(4)热一次风加热器技术只适应冷风掺入量较大的制粉系统。 Different kinds of main technologies for reducing the heat loss of flue gas exhausted from coal-fired boilers and the features of them have been briefly presented,and based on this,an approach to their matching behavior,with operating conditions of boilers as well as the basic principle for selecting technical kinds being emphatically made.The main conclusions are listed as in the following:(1) The non-balancing control technique of inlet flue gas flow rate into the air preheater,as well as the rotation-inversing measure for rotor in the air preheater should be popularized on large-capacity boilers as a common technology;(2) in creasing the surface area of air preheater should be considered as a firstly selecting technology for reducing heat loss of flue gas exhausted from the boilers,and the next is increasing the surface area of economizer;(3) under specific conditions,the low-pressure economizer technology can play a role in energy-saving,in the event of increasing surface area of the econoizer being feasible,a techno-economic comparison between them has to be carried out;(4) the heater technology of hot primary air is only suitable to the coal-pulverizing sytsem with large amount of cold air to bemixed.
