超超临界1000MW机组直流锅炉无炉水循环泵吹管的研究实践

摘要 广东平海发电厂有限公司超超临界1 000MW机组直流锅炉采用832t/h最大保护直流流量,因炉水循环泵不能投运,导致机组起动阶段锅炉给水温度仅50℃左右,严重低于设计值(105℃)。对此,通过在锅炉起动排放系统上增加一路到除氧器的临时回收系统,实现了超超临界机组锅炉无炉水循环泵吹管,满足了机组冲转的参数要求。 The once-through boiler of ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit in Guangdong Pinghai Power Plant Co Ltd,adopts maximum protecting once-through flow rate of 832 t/h,owing to the boiler water circulating pump(BWCP) can't be put into service,the feed-water temperature of boiler in the stage of start-up only can reach about 50 ℃,it is far lower than the designed value 105 ℃.For this,a temporary recovery system to the deaerator was added onto the discharging system during the time of boiler start-up,the pipe-blowing of ultra-supercritical unit under condition without BWCP has been realized,satisfying the requirement of parameters for rotation-impulsing.
