摘要
用恒电位阶跃的方法分析表征了嵌入膜中的受体与对应底物作用时,固体支撑双层类脂膜电极的响应特性及其规律;导出了新的参数k,并用测试数据分析了参数k与温度、修饰物的函数关系;建立和分析了固体支撑双层类脂膜电极的传感器模型。实验结果表明:在稳态条件下,可以开发性能稳定,测量精度高的电导型或电流型传感器。
When the receptor embedded membrane reacting with corresponding substrate,the response and law of solid supported bilayer lipid membrane(S-BLM) electrode were characterized by constant potential step method.A new parameter k was derived,and the function relationship of k and temperature,modifier was analyzed by test data.The sensor model of S-BLM electrode was established and analyzed.The results show that stable and high precision conductivity sensor or current sensor can be developed,under the conditions of steady-state.
