介绍平湖油气田开发工程实施阶段项目管理过程中对项目费用预算、支付与承付、计划与进度、项目进度控制、材料与设备采办控制、现金流预测、不可预见费等进行实际控制的作法。
This paper introduces the practice of applying controls over budgets, payments and commitments, planning and progress, project schedule, procurement, cash flow forecast and contingencies in the execution of Pinghu Oil /Gas Field development project.
