摘要 针对国家环保总局提出的有效监测和控制烟尘排放的要求,设计以光后向散射法为原理的烟尘检测仪。介绍系统的原理和构成,及其安装与校准。系统不仅可以实时、在线和连续测量,而且现场安装简便。经过现场测试研究证明:系统的灵敏度高,精确度高,可靠性好,其线性回归方程的相关系数达到0.99,为该领域的研究人员提供了实践依据。 According to the requirements put forward for the effective monitoring and control of dust emissions by the State Environmental Protection Administration,this paper designed the smoke detection system based on backward scattering of light.It introduced the dust monitor system's theory,composition,installation and calibration.The system is real-time,on-line and continuous measurement,and is simple for on-site installation.The experimental results show that the system has high sensitivity,high accuracy and reliability,correlation coefficient of linear regression equation reach to 0.99,and it provides an effective basis of practice for researchers in this field.
