摘要
基于低功耗MSP430F149芯片设计了独立光伏电源的数据采集系统。数据采集系统由传感器、采集电路、智能控制器、液晶显示器、USB通信电缆和计算机组成。详细介绍了系统电压、电流、温度和太阳光照强度变化信号的采样电路;数据采集系统实现了多参数测量、显示,并通过用USB-UART桥接器扩展的USB串口进行串行通信,将数据送到上位机进行显示和记录。系统具有良好的数据采集精度和可靠性,功耗低,采用简便的USB串口通信,可广泛应用于测控系统中。
A data acquisition system of a photovoltaic system was designed based on MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer.The data acquisition system was composed of sensors,data acquisition circuits,smart controller,LCD,USB communication cable and computer.The data acquisition circuits used to measure the parameters like voltage,current,temperature,light strength were described in details.Multiple parameters's measuring,displaying and recording are made at the same time in the data acquisition system,and the data communication is executed through USB serial port between LabVIEW and MSP430.The result of test shows that the system design is characterized by high precision and good reliability and lower power loss.It can be widely required in application.
