摘要 针对薄煤层综采工作面采煤效率低,投入产出比例高等不利因素,在结合中厚煤层开采方法的基础上,提出一种有效的理论方法。以可靠性更高的PLC为控制核心的液压支架电液控制系统,采用CAN总线进行通讯,可以将液压支架的升降柱、推拉刮板运输机、喷雾等动作由原来的人工手动操作改为电液自动控制、程序化操作。经过实验室测试,该系统能够可靠完成支架的基本动作。能够与高效采煤机相匹配,提高工作面推进速度,提高薄煤层工作面的生产效率,改善工作面生产条件,达到安全可靠生产的目的,从而实现薄煤层综采工作面从机械化到智能化的过渡。 According to some disadvantages like low efficiency of coal mining,high input-output ratio in thin coal seam fully mechanized coal face,this paper presented an effective theory way through combining with the mining method of medium-thickness coal seam.It proposed hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system with higher reliability PLC as the control core,using CAN bus to communicate,making lifting and lowing column,pushing and pulling scrape conveyor,spraying of hydraulic support change from original manual operation to electro-hydraulic automatic control,sequential operation.The basic movements can be reliably achieved by the laboratory testing.It can match with high efficiency shearer,increase face pushing velocity and production efficiency of thin coal seam,improve face production conditions,achieve the goal of safe and reliable production.Then it can achieve transition of thin coal seam fully mechanized coal face from mechanization to intelligent.
