摘要 针对多通道生物荧光检测技术的需求,文中设计了一种多通道光路选通系统,利用步进电机带动多模光纤转动实现光路的快速切换和精确定位,从而实现对多路生物荧光的可靠检测。设计中采用高集成度的PSoC(ProgrammableSystem-on-chip)芯片为核心芯片,由于其内部集成了大量的模拟和数字模块,设计灵活,缩短了研发周期。经实验和计算可明确得出,该设计方案可满足整个系统的要求。 For the need of multi-channel bio-fluorescence detection techniques,this paper designed a multi-channel optical gating system.It used stepper motor to drive the rotation of the multi-mode fiber to realize fast switching and precise positioning,then achieved the reliable detection of the multiple biological fluorescence.High integrated PSoC chip was used as the core chip,it integrated many analog and digital modules,which made excellent design flexibility and shorten the period of development.It could be clearly concluded through the experiment and the calculation that the design could meet the requirements of the whole system.
