深孔钻头的受力及其数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用CAD/CAE集成的方法完成了深孔钻头的CAD建模及其数值模拟分析。分析结果表明,应用ANSYS可精确地掌握深孔钻头上各节点的受力情况,确定深孔钻头内部应力应变的分布规律,从而为改进深孔钻头受力状况和结构设计提供理论依据。 The method of CAD/CAE is employed to accomplish CAD modeling and finite dement analysis of deep hole drill. The analysis result shows that the stress on nodes and the distribution of stress and strain in the tool can be accurately determined by using ANSYS. The theoretic basis for improving the stress and structure design of cutting tools is provided by the analysis method.
