摘要
以NB- 1 型弱极性溶剂为致孔剂合成的ST- DVB 共聚体为骨架,经氯化、磺化制得C102 大孔阳离子交换树脂。在绝热反应器中将其用作壬烯与苯酚的烷基化反应催化剂,在空速9 h - 1 、反应温度88 ~130 ℃的条件下,600 h连续反应后壬烯转化率≥94 % ,壬基酚选择性达95 % ;在等温反应器中用作二甘醇分子内脱水环化反应的催化剂,在空速为0-4 h - 1 、平均床温155 ℃下,连续反应380 h 后二甘醇的单程转化率≥62-9 % 。
The authors reported the synthesis of C102 macroporous cation exchange resin from ST-DVB copolymer via chlorination and sulfonation,with NB-1 weak polar solvent as pore formation agent.The resin was used as a catalyst for the alkylation reaction of nonylene and phenol in an adiabatic reactor.Under the conditions of space velocity 9 h -1 ,reaction temperature,88~130 ℃ and reaction time,600 h,the conversion of nonylene is over 94% and the selectivity of nonyl phenol is over 95%.The resin was used as catalyst for the cyclization reaction of diethylene glycol intramolecular dehydration in an isothermal reactor.Under the conditions of space velocity,0 4 h -1 ,average bed temperature,155 ℃ and reaction time,380 h,the per pass conversion is over 62 9%
