摘要
通过对不同倒棱宽度和倒棱角度的倒棱刀具切削不锈钢AISI316过程的有限元模拟,发现随着倒棱宽度和倒棱角度的增加,切削力和最大残余拉应力增加;而切削温度小幅减小,可以忽略不计。
By finite element simulation in cutting of stainless steel AISI316 with chamfer edge tools of different chamfer widths and chamfer angles. From the results of simulation, it is found that, cutting force and maximum residual tensile stress increases as chamfer width and chamfer angle increases,and cutting temperature shghtly decreases, which can be neglected.
