新型CO耐硫变换催化剂的工业应用

Industrial Application of New Sulfur-Tolerant Shift Catalysts

考察了ＱＣＳ 系列新型ＣＯ 耐硫变换催化剂的性能，与工业钴钼耐硫变换催化剂进行了比较，并进行了工业应用。实验室数据和工业应用结果表明，ＱＣＳ 系列催化剂的变换活性，特别是低温变换活性和在低硫化氢浓度下的活性明显优于典型的工业钴钼耐硫变换催化剂，对高空速、宽水／ 气比的适应能力强，稳定性好。

Properties and industrial application of a new sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts are described in this paper.The results from experiments and industrial application show that the sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts have high shift activity,especially in low temperature and/or low sulfur concentration.Their shift activity surpass that of general commercial sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts,being highly adaptable to high space velocity and a wide range of steam/gas ratio and with good stability.
