摘要 急性心力衰竭（心衰）是由于急性心脏结构或功能异常导致的心脏排血量急剧降低,肺水肿,组织及器官低灌注,心源性休克等表现的临床综合征。心衰来势凶猛,发展迅速,预后极差,是心血管疾病患者院内主要的死亡原因。
