摘要
体外心脏震波治疗是近年来治疗冠心病的一个安全无创的新方法。研究表明它能促进血管再生,改善心肌梗死后心室重构以及慢性心肌缺血患者症状,现对心脏震波治疗冠心病的疗效研究进展做一综述。
Extracorporeal cardiac shock wave therapy（CSWT） is an effective and noninvasive therapeutic strategy for coronary artery disease.Additionally,it can enhance ischemic myocardium angiogenesis,improve ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction,and it has been shown to relieve patient symptoms without side-effects.This article presents the history of CSWT in coronary artery disease,and reviews the development of the therapy and the assessment of the curative effects of CSWT.
