摘要
针对计算机辅助非线性公差分析不便于实现的问题,研究了一种便于计算机实现的平面尺寸链公差分析计算算法.该算法将尺寸链中的尺寸公差信息用图形方式表示,用于表示整个尺寸链,并根据尺寸链原理确定其公差分析计算算法.同时,根据该算法开发一个平面尺寸链公差分析系统,并通过实例验证该算法的正确性.结果表明该公差分析算法容易在计算机中实现,而且可靠性强,方便在工程中使用.
To deal with the difficulty of computer-aid nonlinear tolerance analysis, a tolerance analysis algorithm of planar dimension chain is presented. The algorithm made use of graphical pattern to express the tolerance information of dimension chain. The planar dimension chain was described with upper graphics and the algorithm was determined based on the principle of dimension chain. The tolerance analysis system of planar dimension chain was developed with the use of presented algorithm and an example was illustrated to show its correctness. It is proved that the proposed algorithm is easy to be carried out in the computer and it has strong reliability.
