摘要
针对我国高校大学毕业生就业现状,评估当前大学毕业生的就业能力及其面临的就业环境,以提高可雇佣能力为切入点,从高校大学毕业生的就业现状入手,深入分析其内在原因,站在高校和政府的角度致力于提升大学毕业生的可雇佣能力,为缓解就业压力、提高就业质量和水平提供参考建议。
According to the employment situation of university graduates in our country,this thesis comprehensively evaluates the current employability of university graduates and the employment environment they face by SWOT analysis.Moreover,it analyzed the initial reason of this phenomenon from current employment situation of university graduates,using employability as a breakthrough point so as to enhance the employability of university graduates from the perspective of university and government and put forward suggestions for relieving employment pressure and improving employment quality and standard.
