摘要
在实际物流配送流程中,物流企业(配送中心)对同一零售商往往在一定时期内多次供货。针对此现象,在固定建设成本LMRP模型研究基础上,从优化角度将模型扩展为考虑下游配送次数的LMRPVCC选址-库存问题。利用EOQ经济订货批量模型,计算零售商最优订货量与最优配送次数,得出包括订货成本、运输成本、零售商处的平均库存成本在内的零售商运作成本函数。结合粒子群算法特点与构建模型的特征,设计了修正粒子群算法对Daskin文中的49与88节点算例求解,并利用运输成本系数与建设成本系数对模型进行敏感性分析。
In practice, during a certain horizon, distribution centers ship products to retailers many times, but LMRP model holds the hypothesis that distribution centers ship products to retailer once per horizon. The reality reverses the hypothesis. Authors formulate the problem as LMRPVCC with multi-shipment and use particle swarm optimization algo- rithm and the numerical examples of 49-node and 88-node in Daskin' s paper to find suboptimum solutions including the construction costs, working inventory costs, transportation costs, safety stock inventory costs as well as the sub-optimal location of DCs and assignment from distribution centers to retailers.
