连续可变凸轮相位台架试验控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 针对连续可变凸轮相位(CVCT,continue variable camshaft timing)系统台架试验控制需求,研制了一套基于CompactRIO平台的CVCT台架试验控制系统。介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件结构,重点给出了转速测量、相位计算和控制算法的详细设计。试验结果表明系统各项指标均符合要求,可靠性好。 The control system based on CompactRIO platform for bench test of CVCT is developed according to the requirements of bench test. The hardware and software structure of system are introduced,the detailed design of crankshaft speed measurement,phase calculation and control algorithms are presented.Test results show that the parameters of control system has good reliability and can meet the requirements.
