Progression of BOLD-fMRI in Studying of Memory

摘要 阐述了功能磁共振技术基本原理、成像特点,介绍了该技术在记忆编码和提取方面的研究进展,并指出了其在认知功能障碍患者记忆功能鉴别及诊断中的价值和未来发展方向。 The fundamental principle and characteristics of fMRI are described in detail.The pogress of fMRI study in memory encoding and retrieval are summarized and pointed out.The value and latent capacity of fMRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of different types of cognitive impairment are introduced.
