摘要
本文根据目前克拉玛依石化厂30万吨延迟焦化炉运行的情况,管壁温度的分布,炉膛温度的分布,进行分析后,提出新设计的延迟焦化炉应采用下进下出的辐射管介质走向方案。并预测该方案将减少辐射管结焦速度和提高延迟焦化炉的热效率。
Based on runming situation of Kelamayi's 0. 3 million ton delayed coking furnace, the paper present results oftemperature profile along the tube outrer wall and temperature ditribution with the internal funace. Meanwhile, theresolution to flowing orientation of medium inside radiative tube using'down - in - down - out'design is also given.By virture of the authors's design, it can considerably improve the efficience of heat trasterring rate for cokingfurnace and dely accumulating rate of residue inside radiative tube as well.
