摘要
研究了在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,Zn^2+-SCN-RhB高灵敏度显色反应体系,采用分光光度法测定茶叶中微量锌的新方法。结果表明,络合物的最大吸收峰在605 nnm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.59×10^6 L·mol^-1。cm^-1,Zn^2+的质量浓度在0.0—0.04μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。该法用于测定茶叶中锌的含量,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of zinc in tea by using Zn2+- SCN^-- PdaB - PVA highly sensitive chromogenic reaction system was studied. The results show that the strongest absorption peak of ion complex is at 605 nm and the molar absorption coefficient is 1.59 x 10^6 L mol^-1 cm^-1. When the zinc concentration is in the range of O. 0 - 0. 04 μg/mL, which accords with lambert beer's law. Favorable results can be achieved with this method.
