摘要
分别以糠醛和糠醛、表氯醇混合的双溶剂对大庆油田化工总厂的润滑油馏分进行萃取精制实验,考察各溶剂对润滑油馏分的精制效果.结果表明,采用糠醛、表氯醇体积比为1∶1的双溶剂精制润滑油馏分,精制温度可降低30℃左右,精制油粘度指数提高了4~6,精制油收率提高了0.6%~3.0%.证明了用双溶剂精制润滑油馏分不仅可提高油品质量,还可降低精制过程的能耗和剂耗.
The lubricating oil fraction which came from Petrochemical Factory of Daqing oilfield were extracted by using the furfurol solvent and the mixed solvent of furfural and epichlorohydrin respectively. The extracting effects were observed. The test result shows that in the extraction process by using the two kinds of solvents, the extracting temperature can be reduced by about 30℃, the viscosity indexes of the refined oils can increase by 4-6 and the yield can be enhanced by 0.6%-3.0% in comparison with the traditional furfural extraction.It is proved that this extraction method can enhance the qualities of the refined oils and reduce consumption of the energy and solvent.
