摘要
以无机金属盐氯化亚锡(SnCl.22H2O)和三氯化锑(SbCl3)为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺锑与不掺锑的二氧化锡低辐射镀膜玻璃。研究了掺杂量、涂覆层数、热处理制度对制得的镀膜玻璃透光率的影响规律,并利用XRD测定了薄膜的微结构。
Low-emissivity glass coated with thin tin oxide films doped and undoped with antimony was prepared by using tin chloride and antimony trichloride, the two inorganic metallic salts, as precursors through sol-gel process. The influences of the doping amount of SbCl3, the coating layers and the heating treatment on the transmittance of the coated glass have been investigated. And the microstructure of the SnO2:Sb thin films has also been investigated by XRD.
