摘要
分析了各种可能用于井下螺杆泵驱动减速器的优缺点,确定了以N型少齿差行星齿轮减速器用于井下螺杆泵驱动,编制了井下螺杆泵少齿差行星减速器设计的CAD系统.利用该软件计算了多组齿轮变位参数,并检验了与所选择的插齿齿刀的干涉情况.对多组参数进行了优化选择.根据所选数据,利用工作站CADDS5软件进行了CAD三维参数化实体造型(ParametricModeling)和拟实设计(VirtalDesigning),将设计后的零件模型在基于CADDS5下的有限元分析软件(StressLab)进行了有限元分析和受力变形分析.
Various reducers of downhole screw pumps are investigated. It is proved that the prototype of planetary gears with a small tooth difference can be used for reducer in downhole screw pump. The CAD system for designing this kind of reducer is developed. By using CAD software, the stand off parameters of the gear are calculated and selected, the interference of slotting internal gear with slotting cutter is verified. An optimum design for prototype of reducer is made by using CAD system. The 3D solid parametric modeling and virtual design for the reducer are completed, and the FEM analysis on main parts of the reducer are carried out based on CADDS5 system.
