基于产业链优化视角下的抚顺石化园区的发展研究

Development of Fushun Petrochemical Park Based on the Perspective of Industry Chain Optimization

建设石化园区是石化产业集聚、推进城市化进程的主要手段,是发挥产业优势、延伸产业链条、推进区域特色经济的重要途径。然而实现产业集聚,优化资源配置,提高企业竞争能力,增强区域经济综合实力,是抚顺石化园区发展的关键所在。本文首先对抚顺石化园区的发展现状加以概括,接着对石化产业链进行详细分析,并指出园区产业链存在的问题,最后通过内部运营和外部运营两大战略来进一步探究石化园区的发展战略。

Constructing Petrochemical Park is one of the main means of petrochemical industrial concentration and the advancement of urbanization,it is an important way of playing industrial advantages,extending the industrial chain,promoting regional economy with characteristics.However,implementing industrial agglomeration,optimizing the allocation of resources and improving enterprise competition ability,strengthening regional economic comprehensive strength are the key to develop Fushun Petrochemical Park.This paper firstly generalizes present development situation of Fushun petrochemical park,then it analyzes the for petrochemical industrial chain in detail,and it pointes out the existent question about petrochemical industrial chain.Lastly,it further explores petrochemical park development strategy through two strategies which are the internal business and external operation.
