摘要
依据合肥市第二次全国经济普查数据,将153家规上通用制造业企业,按国民经济行业分类标准分为24个行业,以用电量、固定资产、流动资产、雇员为投入指标,营业收入、利润为产出指标,以行业内企业均值作为行业分析数据,采用CCR、BCC、投入扩展CCR和输出扩展CCR4种不同意义的DEA模型,对24个行业电能投入产出技术效率、纯技术有效、规模有效以及DEA无效决策单元投影等进行分析,所得结果对于全面、准确地掌握合肥市通用制造业企业电能使用情况,指导企业合理利用电能,走能源可持续发展的工业发展之路提供参考。
In this paper,153 enterprises with electrical energy consumption data are picked out from the second national economic census in Hefei general manufacturing sector as samples.These enterprises are divided into 24 industries according to industrial classification standards.Electrical energy consumption,fixed assets,current assets and employees are chosen as the input index,operating income and profit as output index,the electrical energy input-output efficiency including technical efficiency,purely technical efficiency and radial efficiency for these industries are analyzed by CCR,BCC,the extention of CCR-I and the extention of CCR-O models,and inefficient industry is improved by projection.Base on these,the references are provided to master the firms' electrical power consumption comprehensively and accuratly,conduct the firms' comsumption reasonably,and take the industrial way to the sustainable develepment of energy in Hefei.
