摘要
对所设计的一种具有圆弧齿同步带传动的完全平衡、油膜浮动、均载减振两级三环式齿轮减速器的样机进行了传递效率的测试.介绍了样机的技术参数,给出了传动效率测试系统方案及测试原理,测试前的加载和超负荷试验均符合国家有关标准;试验结果表明,该两级三环式减速器的传动效率最高可达92.3%,其采用同步带作为一级传动在技术上是可行的.
A reducer with double three\|ring gear is designed. This kind of reducer is driven by arc gear synchronous belt. The gear reducer has the properties of full balance, oil\|film floating and equilibrating load. This paper introduces the structure and transmission principle of the double three\|ring gear reducer and the technological parameters of prototype. The experiment program and examination principles of transmission efficiency are described, and the experiment of transmission efficiency is carried out. The experiment results show that the testing parameters of the reducer are up to the State standards. The maximum transmission efficiency of the double three\|ring gear reducer is 92.3 %. It is possible to adopt the synchronous belt as the first transmission belt.
