三软煤巷位置及支护优化的数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 结合新义煤矿工程实际,运用ANSYS、FLAC3D等数值模拟软件,对特殊地质条件下煤巷不同布置位置及不同支护方式下围岩力学特性进行了数值模拟计算,研究分析两种支护条件下巷道围岩变形、应力和塑性区的变化规律。研究结果表明,巷道沿顶掘进并采用外扎腿U型钢棚支护时巷道最为稳定。实践证明,巷道位置及支护的优化有效控制了巷道的变形,节省了支护成本,同时对提高巷道掘进速度及后期的安全使用有着重要的意义。 Combining with engineering practice of Xinyi Coal Mine,using numerical simulation software such as ANSYS、FLAC^3D,based on the special geological conditions,the surrounding rock mechanical characteristics of the different position of coal roadway and supporting are calculated.The laws of surrounding rock deformation in roadway,the rules of stress area and plastic area changing under two different supporting ways were studied.Results indicated that,it can make the roadway more stable that driving roadway along the roof and using u-metal-bracket as supporting.Practice proved that,the deformation of roadway was controlled effectively due to the optimization of the roadway layout and supporting way,cost of supporting was saved,too.It also has very important significance to enhance the excavation speed of roadway and future safety usage.
